Order Processing Time 

Upon successful placement of an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Shipping Methods and Carriers 

Casemax partners with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your purchases safely and efficiently. The available shipping methods include: 

Ready-made case delivery: 2-4 days (Kerala) and 7-9 days (Out of State)

Customized Case delivery: 7-9 days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and are subject to potential delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order, the chosen shipping method, and the destination address.The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before the finalization of the purchase. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. 

International Shipping 

Currently, Casemax only offers shipping within the domestic United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working towards expanding our international shipping capabilities in the future. 

Undeliverable Packages 

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other unforeseen circumstances, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer support team to arrange for re-delivery, excluding shipping charges. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
